Complimentary smartphone for navigation, Cozy lobby area for relaxation, Unique historical building experience
Street noise is unbearable at night!!! Not upgrading the outdated room decor is a mistake with modern expectations. Wi-Fi is hit or miss, very frustrating for business travelers. A bar and restaurant would enhance the overall experience!!!

The location was fantastic, with many of Florence's main attractions just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the sights. The highlight for me was the breakfast coffee. their espresso and cappuccino completely made my mornings. However, the WiFi was disappointing, and I struggled to access several sites during my stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience that met my needs during my business trip.

We just spent three nights here and loved the amazing breakfast, especially the pastries that were so good we couldn’t resist going back for thirds! The spa and pool were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The bathroom could've used a few more toiletries, but that didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay. Don't miss out on asking for a cappuccino from the server instead of the machine – it's worth it! ☕️

We had an amazing time exploring Florence! The hotel was just a short walk from the Duomo and the gelato shops, which was a hit with my five teenagers. The continental breakfast was fantastic, providing enough options to satisfy everyone.
My kids wished the pool area was larger for more fun.

Perfectly Located!
We stayed in 2 big connected rooms, really comfy and clean, with nice bathrooms. Breakfast on the rooftop was sooo good! Can't recommend the cappuccino enough, it's way better than the machine stuff. Super friendly staff too! Just wish the elevators were faster, but that's minor. All in all, it’s a fab place to explore Florence!
